One of the products that is going to make your life a whole lot easier is World Block Lift Anchor System. Using pre-made lifting anchors and a new urethane anchor blockout you can dramatically cut the time and hassle out of cutting, bending and inserting rebar for your blocks. And you'll never have to unbolt a blockout again!

THE PROBLEM:
Currently there is a multiple step process to create a liftpoint. 1) Cut a piece of rebar into certain lengths. 2) Bend the rebar into a “V” shape. 3) Open the liftpoint blockout and insert the point of the “V” of the rebar into it. 4) Close the liftpoint blockout around the rebar and bolt the liftpoint blockout to the form. 5) Pour concrete into form. 6) After the concrete cures, unbolt the liftpoint blockout from the form and strip the form. 7) Remove the liftpoint blockout from the finished block.

THE SOLUTION:
By being permanently bolted to the form and using Lift Anchors as opposed to rebar, the World Block Lift Anchor System reduces the number of steps dramatically: 1) insert Lift Anchor into anchor blockout. 2) Pour concrete into form. 3) After the concrete cures, strip the form.

That's it. Time and labor are considerably reduced.
